In powder coating, a dry, solvent-free coating powder is charged electrostatically or by friction and applied to the workpiece. The powder adheres to the component through electromagnetic attraction and is then cured in an oven at 160–200 °C. We offer this particularly durable surface finish in all RAL colours with various gloss levels and textures, or in corrosion resistance categories to suit your requirements. We are happy to provide ESD coatings, RAL Design/NCS/Sikkens or Pantone colours on request.
We offer this technology at both our sites; in Postbauer, we can even handle parts up to 7 metres long!
